FSL as a company has given me multiple opportunities over the years from Data Entry to Import Operations, Customer Service, and Sales, I’ve grown to become the Assistant General Manager.
Joining Sharjah and Northern Emirates for Sales was the best experience. Back then, we used to do only 7-9 jobs a week with a team size of 4. It was my responsibility to cover this area, and I willingly took on the challenge. My seniors had unwavering faith in me, and their belief that “ YOU CAN DO IT” motivated me to push the boundaries. Though reaching out to customers had its challenges, my in-depth knowledge of Operations and Customer Service gave me the confidence to overcome any obstacle and offer effective solutions to the customers. When I moved on from my sales role, we were handling approximately 60-65 jobs per week with a team of 9-10 individuals.
FSL is a company that upholds high standards and infrastructure. It’s a house of opportunities for every sales professional as there are multiple products we can sell and also freedom to make sure we strive in our business. The open-door policy encourages us to stay motivated, fostering an environment where we can engage with any manager to discuss and seek assistance on various aspects of our business.
Today, I stand as the Assistant General Manager of Sales, and want to nurture a team with the same level of knowledge and zeal that defines an ‘FSLITE.’
